The fuse has blown in the power supply. Am I able to replace the fuse and get the power supply working again or is the power supply just dead and replacing the fuse will just blow it again?

A blown fuse in the power supply usually indicates a short - probably a bad bridge diode or transistor. You can try to replace the fuse with the same type and rating to see what happens. But more than likely, the new fuse will blow immediately. You probably need a new power supply.

Regards.
