Itouch gen 2 taking calendar and syn with computer?

can you do the reverse and sync the itouch calendar with the Mac Ical?
I have tried and cannot send to find the steps.. I have checked the tabs to sync in I tunes, and nothing happens.... HELP...

It will sync from the computer to The touch , but not the reverse can this be done if so how?
