Music Downloading

Guys what are some good programs other than torrents for music. Using acquisition but way to slow.

I hear that Amazon Music store is pretty good as well. I don't think my answer along with D3v1L80Y's are what you're looking for though

Could be they're wanting to turn legit. Did ask for programs "other than torrents".

The Amazon Downloader does work really well.
Magnatunes has some pretty good music also and don't even need an app to download from there.

I would have agreed but the last part about looking for an alternative to Acquisition doesn't bode well.

Regardless, I think you will find what you need through each of the aforementioned music stores.

Here's another really cheap store for official and up to date downloads.

You have to upload a minimum of $20 credit, but a whole album costs $0.50 usually, so very cheap. Great for metal, especially some older stuff too.
Example, the latest Eminem is only $0.50 and in 320 mp3 too.

"official" - I'd have to disagree with that.

"legal" - possibly in Russia, certainly pretty much no where else in the world

The artists are certainly not getting any of that cash you send to Russia.
Think I'd just as soon out right steal (err, download illegally for free) rather than give my money (and CC info) to some arm of a Russian mob.

Interesting Bob. I had an issue with one download and they refunded me immediately I raised the issue. I would have thought that if it was dodgy that wouldn't have happened at all.
The email contact was in Cyprus too, not Russia.

It makes no difference where these other services are located.
Since we go by U.S. law on these forums, discussion of anything that infringes upon and/or violates U.S. copyright laws is not up for discussion.
