Hi!!

I have a 15" powerbook g4 1.25ghz that unfortunately only has one working memory slot...:'( I'd like to upgrade the ram to the max 2G but need a single stick. I'm sure they exist but have not been able to come across one- does anyone know where I can find a 2G SINGLE STICK of ram suitable for a powerbook g4???

cheers

Even if you found one, it wouldn't work - 2GB max means each slot can handle 1GB.

I've heard of being able to use a 2gb stick in one slot and a blank stick in another, but I think it only works with PC's. It's called bridging.

The older memory used in your Powerbook was only made to 1GB unlike current memory.
