Database application developer tools

I used to be a MS Access developer and I am looking for a similar tool to develop database applications on the Mac.

Preferably something that integrates a database with form development like MS Access does.

I don't want to start any Access debates, its a powerful tool that when used properly is very useful; but I know that other people have their own opinions on that.

I just want that same power and speed of development on my Mac.

FileMaker, or 4D.
