What's the best way to clone my HD?

I just got an 80 external HD and was wondering how I can clone my hard drive to it. Is there a program like Ghost where it will create an image file of my hard drive? Do I need to use third party software or is there something with OS X that will clone it for me? Thanks.

Or you could do it the old UNIX way by going into the Terminal and using rsync.
