Hi Everybody!

I purchased a MacBook Pro, but unfortunately my Outlook is crashing all the time. Now, the same trouble seems to start with Word.

The IT Support of my company said that this issue could be related to the Duo technology Apple is using (Intel processor and Apple parts or sth. like that).

As you already realized, I don' know very much about these issues ;D

I would be grateful if anybody would share his experiences like mine with me.

Pamela:

You're going to have to provide us with some information.

Are you running Windows on your MBP from a Boot Camp partition or are you using VM software (Parallels, Fusion, Virtual Box)? And, which version of MS Office do you have?

And as info... Your IT is wrong. I don't know what they mean about Intel and Apple parts? The only thing different about your MBP and most high level PC notebooks is that yours is built better, looks better, and has a much superior operating system. :)

Post back with info and we can go from there.

Regards.
