I have found out how to get a still frame from a clip in iMovie but my question is:

Does any one know how I can take this still frame and export it to iPhoto so I can ultimately print this one frame?

Basically I want to get a bunch of single frames into iphoto from video that i've taken.

Thanks

set playhead at wanted position of clip ..
ctr-click, choose 'add still frame to Project'
in Project window, click on new clip, ctrl-click, choose 'reveal in Finder'
from Finder, copy .jpg to any other location of harddrive
drag that copy into your document..
