Ever since I brought my iBook back from repairs at the the Apple store, when I move the pointer around the screen and hover over a link for more than a second, the link automatically opens. This happens with both the new Mighty Mouse I was upgraded to and the trackpad.
Web browsing on Firefox has become nerve-racking because I can't just park the pointer anywhere while I read. If it lingers on an add, that add opens. If it pauses on a link, the link opens. I can't use the pointer to track my reading anymore, because--randomly--anything clickable that it passes over might open, even though I do not click. What could have happened while the machine was in the Apple store? Could it be related to installing the new Mighty Mouse?
