Hi,

How do I create a command file which includes darwing commands, which upon double click, the commands are executed.

To be more specific:
In which application I create edit or get help on those commands?
How do I change chmod flags to allow execution without privilege problems?

Thanks

You will need to give more detail on what you want to do.

Did you mean Darwin commands, or Drawing commands?

For the first you may want to look at this thread and this other thread.

If you want to understand terminal commands, open the terminal and use the 'man' command. For instance;

man chmod

You can use TextEdit for editing but need to set the preferences "Plain Text" and remove the option of adding .txt to the extension when saving.
