Sims 3 - another question

I'm sure there's been many questions about the Sims 3, so apologies.
As my Macbook doesn't have enough RAM to support the game, I checked out my familys PC.

I have no idea what any of it means, but the system requirements for PC are:

15" Aluminum unibody MBP, Intel core duo 2.4GHz proc, 4MB DDR3 RAM,
It doesn't look like it will run on your PC but I could be wrong.

Looks like you have a Pentium IV 3 Ghz, so weil above the 2 Ghz specified.
You have 1 GB RAM matching their minimum spec.

You have not listed what video card is in the machine.
Could be, but I doubt a machine with the P4 3.0 would have any graphics card below the minimum on their list.
To check on your graphics card, go to Start - Control Panel - System (switch to Classic View if you need to) - Hardware tab - Device Manager - click the plus sign next to Display Adapter and it should list your video card

Nvida GeForce 6200 is what my video card is :)
I've looked and that's compatible.
