My (a bit elderly) Canon i865 maintenance button and ink levels is now greyed out on the printer utility tap. It was working fine. Have downloaded latest drivers from Canon and all the functions of the printer can be managed when plugged into a Windows laptop but not on my i-mac - anyone any ideas please as to how to fix the problem?
