Hello,

Finally made the switch, retired my pc and bought an imac, i like it so much that i end up buying another mac (used powerbook g4 12" 1.5 Ghz 512MB).

How can i maximize the powerbook?
Should i install leopard?

Thank you.

Like most computer issues - depends on what u expect to do. Certainly Leopard is more storage and more processor intensive for the PPC units. For most 10.4.11 and casual home use will work well. If you need Screen Share and Time Machine then Leopard is a good choice altho it might tax the ole 1.5GHz unit a bit. Certainly 1 GB RAM would be a big help especially with Leopard where i think it is a minmum.
