Convert TS to Audio (Mp3)

I have a TS video file that i would like to simply extract the audio from at high quality.

I am unable to pay (i don't have my own credit card) so I am looking for freeware.

I am running a iBook with Tiger and a G4 processor.


Any programs anyone can suggest that would match those^^ specifications and needs?
