Locking Keyboard, but not screen....

Is it possible to lock the keyboard but still have my web browser visible in the background?

I trade equities from home, and want to be able to leave my browser with live prices visible, but want to stop my kids accidently hitting the keyboard and executing a trade!! ( though on recent form they will do better than me)..

Either an app called Keyboard Cleaner or unplug the keyboard would be the best way.
