Hi. I am designing a website as a report for school, and I'm on a deadline (tomorrow if possible). I was using iWeb, exporting stuff as HTML and then uploading them to the website. However, one page does not display properly and some end up displaying older versions even though the newest one was uploaded. I would like suggestions on what software to use to design a website.

It all depends on your budget. The required tools could be just a simple text and image editor to a web development suite such as Adobe CS4 (Web developers premium).

If you are in a hurry try, Coda. It is really a nice piece of software.

iWeb is not a bad solution for a quick web deployment. If you browser shows old content, try to refresh it couple of times or remove all the cache and reload the page.

I have tried KompoZer. I don't care for it.

^Yeah, that's exactly what I want. I only know very basic HTML codes.

Kompozr and Nvu are both terrible, even for code-only editors.

If you need something fast, just download a free theme from something like OSWD and edit it in something like TextWrangler.
