iTunes art work display

When I use iTunes to listen to music, I like to see the artwork for the album being played. I usually use shuffle mode. The problem is that I can not remember how to get the 'highlighter or artwork selector' to move to the next song being played. I have one installation of iTunes that does it but I think it was an accidental setup because I can't figure out to set the iTunes on my Mac mini to do the same thing.

Above the artwork where it probably says on yours 'Selected Song' click that and it will switch to song playing
