Automatic emails?

Hi. I run a new internet radio station at my middle school. Some people are forgetting about their programs/coming late. Is there some application (or widget) that I can use to schedule emails to be sent automatically?

I think you could use iCal. When you enter an event you can have email alerts to any address and you can pick how long in advance you want the alert.

Did you look...? It shows you how to set up e-mail replies like you requested step by step.
