Are torrents safe if you just download 2 things

I want to get oblivion for mac (only for windows) so i want the torrent.
I want to get also fallout 3 for mac ( only for windows)
So is there any good torrents that you can tell me about.
If so can you give me the link.
Also they need to be safe on my mac because its a family mac soon i will get my own but right now its my families.
