swf video not working with Safari / FF

Hello,

I would very much appreciate some help from forum members. I have created a video clip for my company and I am getting sporadic comments from mostly mac/ (safari AND FF) users that they can not view it - however the data is few and far in between for me to make a conclusion on whether this occurs to large percentage of mac users.

Could you please click on video on this page and let me know if it start alright?
