Are these memory bank and module temperatures high?

Memory bank A1 - 46
Memory bank A2 - 41
Memory bank A3 - 41
Memory bank B1 - 42
Memory bank B2 - 45
Memory bank B3 - 42

Memory module A1 - 53
Memory module A2 - 62
Memory module B1 - 57
Memory module B2 - 58

If so, what can I do to cool them down? I have 8GB of RAM and to be quite honest, it definitely doesn't feel like it is running that way and in fact, HD video playback has become choppy since the upgrade.

20" Intel iMac 2.4 Ghz/3G Ram/320HD, Snow Leopard. PBook G4, 1.5Ghz/1.5 Ram/250 HD, Leopard 10.5.6.
No need to worry there, those temps (if in Farenheit~) are way within limits.
70 degrees is considered relatively normal on what you're running.
