Internet connection sharing...

I have dial-up and I want to have 2 computers online at once. I've done it with my PC desktop and laptop before. If i share it on the desktop then run a crossover cable to my ibook will it automatically configure it? Anything i'll have to do?

You might want to check your system preferences to make sure that its connected by ethernet, but yea that should work. ive done it with my ex gfs computer from my iMac to her PC no problem.. it should work the otherway just as well.
