I keep trying to send some photos from Mail. So I simply click on the attachment icon and add them from iPhoto. However, the receiving party has the photos embedded in the email, but its only with certain recipients. Is there a way to attach a picture without it getting embedded.

I apologize if my description is vague. If so, please feel free to ask any questions to help clarify. Thanks!!

This is an issue between Apple mail and Outlook mostly. Apple does it one way, MS a different way. I'm not sure there is a solution. The Outlook users should simply be able to right click the photos and save them.

Try selecting photo in iPhoto and exporting to your desktop and then in Mail or whatever, attach to email to send.
