Oh my god! How much are Microsoft trying to copy Apple???? Just saw a video for Windows 7 and the two guys introducing it are 'Windows Gurus' who go around to 'retail stores' to talk to people about windows systems! WHAT???
At least I know if I go to an Apple store in Ireland (we dont have any, hint hint!) I can find a genius. But these guys visit retail stores that sell computers... how you ever going to know where they are! LOL. Stooopid Microsoft!

I could care less if Microsoft is really copying Apple, I think it is kinda of a good idea to provide more support to customers. I don't think I could pass any judgment onto the service until I experience it for myself. I think that the 'Windows Gurus' should be more aimed towards business and high end embedded devices.

The funny thing is that MS mocked Apple for opening retail stores citing the Gateway stores debacle. Suddenly they want to emulate the successful parts. I'm actually wondering how long it will be before we see MS company stores.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, I guess. But I don't think Microsoft should be able to steal the term "guru", that's an Amiga thing.
