hey im getting an ipod touch soon 2nd gen i no you can send texts to people with it for free. I also have a LG cell phone i dont like my phone and plan on only using my Touch is ther anyway that i can get all my texts that r directed to my phone forwarded to my Itouch?

Even if there is, you realize that the touch will only get them if you are in a WiFi zone. If you have no WiFi you have no connectivity.

ya thats true but is ther anyway people can send me texts on my touch? if i use aol texting or text free lite?

Yes, they can, at least to an iPhone. There are apps out there that do it BUT they have to be running the apps as well. I'm not sure if they work on the touch, sorry.

hm but i no you can text cell phones using aim from ur computer and i think apollo is the name of the app wer u can use aim so is ther anyway people can text ur aim from ther phone?

There is an AIM app for the iPhone and Touch.

Doesn't seem worth the hassle assuming this was possible. You would need a constant WiFi connection for this to be of any use. Plus, if you did do it the AIM way, you wouldn't be able to get messages if you lost your WiFi connection. Perhaps you should just stick with the phone for texting.

Also, the period key is between the comma and the forward slash in case you lost it. It's the one that is evidently collecting dust. Also, it's know, not no.

Perhaps you should.

If you want people to actually help you, good grammar always helps in a place like this. This isn't an AIM or some other chat session, full words with the correct spelling are a good thing. Don't be lazy.

Ok I apologize I do agree that using my phone would be better.
