language settings

i have songs in my itunes library but cant seem to get their names. the names are not readable, i think I need to install some kind of a language script or something...

if it was an arabic song with an arabic tittle, how can I read the song tittle in arabic in itunes?

I have a lot of titles with Japanese in them with no problems. I have never installed the language packs but I did buy my machine in Japan.
