Upgrading from 10.4.11 to 10.5

I am thinking of upgrading from Tiger to leopard. And I wanted to show you guys to see If I have the right requirements on my computer

You should be able to upgrade with no problem, using a retail copy of the install media.

When i did mine i did a clean instal of 10.5 and migrated all my stuff from my SuperDuper backup EXCEPT i did not copy across any applications. Once it was up and running on the basic OS i then downloaded fresh copies of 3rd party apps that i needed. One other area that could help with the change over is to remove any Haxies prior to starting the process - Unsanity Software - as there is some debate about compatibility with 10.5. Other methods may work just as well but this gave me no drama and in my book, no drama is good.
