Hi,

I'm using a MS Ergonomic keyboard and external mouse and monitor with my MBP. I've switched on universal access mouse keys which allows me to use my numeric keyboard to control my pointer and mouse functions which is great.

What I want to do though, is assign my primary (left) mouse click to another key on my keyboard, somewhere nearer my left hand.

Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated. I've done a google search and searched this forum but have not figured it out yet.

You need a 3rd party app to do this. Either USB Overdrive or SteerMouse will do the trick. Neither is free though, and both work more or less identically. USB Overdrive extends its support to "any" USB device you may use. Both support bluetooth mice.
