Time stamp computer usage

How can i tell at what time my computer was accesed ? I tried finding a time stamp on the safari in history I but couldnt find anything exept the links gone to ? There were also other application run as well. Any help would be appreciated Im trying to find out who is spying on my computer and when im not home and going thru my files
