iWork 09 Numbers - tables question

I am new to using Numbers in iWork 09, and would appreciate if someone could help me out. I have created a spreadsheet which currently has two tables. I would like to reference a cell in table#1 from table#2, can someone please tell me how this can be achieved?

Put what ever you want in the cell in table 1. Then in table 2, in the cell you want, type = .Then click on the cell in table 1 and hit the return key. That'll do it.
