Isnt iDisk supposed to sync between my macbook pro [say document folder ] and the equivalent on iDisk every time the folder is changed?

I do not have the same mirrir image of my document folder on Mac Book and on iDisk !

shall I use instead some other backup utilities such as Deja Vu ?
