iTunes gives error when iPod connected

Hi there,

When I try to connect my iPod to iTunes it gives an unknown error 2001.
Also when I press ok, this screen pops up:



Can anyone help me?

Does the iPod still work?

Nope, sadly enough it's not working anymore

At my job it did, it was still recognized by iTunes as "Robbert Vervuurt's iPod".

Now it does nothing.

Luckily, the insurance does good work
