I mean come on Apple, you are a multi billion dollar company - dont you think you can have someone by a phone on a saturday afternoon to help me with my bluetooth? Tisk Tisk.

sure, but I prefer US based support. I have to deal with foreign helpdesk support at work often enough. Besides, sooner or later we all have to be able to have jobs ;)


Indians work for a very VERY small fraction of what Americans do, so they could have 24/7/365 support and save tons of cash that way.

Except for the ethical implications of moving overseas and paying people unjustifiably low wages ;).

Closed on a Saturday? They are people too and generally people like to have some time off in a week. They aren't robots. Would you like to work 24/7/365?

Maybe we can tell retail stores this...or...like them, have people that work on the weekend but have free days on other days of the week.
