Counterstrike in Windows (via Parallels Desktop 4.0)

I'm having trouble opening CS in parallels desktop. When I try and open the app, it displays an error message. I'm fairly new to the parallels and clueless when it comes to Windows/PC's. Help!!

Two problems:

1. You appear to be running this from a shared drive. I would recommend you don't run intensive programs/games from a shared drive.
2. This is the real problem - gaming under virtualization is likely not going to work. 3D support is still in its infancy in virtualization solutions. If you really want to play CS, I recommend Boot Camp (assuming you meet the requirements to do so).
