The whole app is slow and unresponsive at times, and it lags alot. Cant take vids because the image skips. Its a drag to take any kind of pic at all. Any ideas?

you'd have to be more specific as to what you're working with and what computer you have
psd's can get extremely big, not to mention high resolution photos, so if you have less ram available and a full hard drive, it will be very laggy
