Hi Newbie here.

I got tasked by my daughter's ballet teacher to stretch a piece of music for them - I guess because a photographer (me) MUST know something about music editing right!

The piece is going to be playing during their recital when they change shoes so they need it longer - right now it is 2min.

I have a music track on CD that I brought into iTunes. It has a vocal portion and an instrumental section. The idea is to just repeat the instrumental section probably one more time to give it enough play time.

I somehow thought GarageBand would allow me to do that, but it appears not.

Is there some cheap (free) program that will allow me to do that - then drop it back in iTunes and burn a cd?

Any help would be appreciated - because I have not a clue.

Garageband will do that.
