I currently have a Mac Pro with an HP LaserJet 2015d connected via USB. Everything has been working fine until the past couple of days. Everytime I go to print something, my computer says that the printer is currently offline. I turn the printer off and the back on and it will print the job. However, once the job is complete and a few minutes have passed, the printer says it is offline again. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried deleting the printer and then reload the most current driver
then select it as default printer.

Go into System Preferences in the Dock, Print and Fax and there will appear connected and installed printer/s. As suggested delete it by hitting the little (-) sign and reinstall the printer software, go back to System Preferences and choose it or hit the little (+) sign if it has not appeared automatically and select from there.

If no joy, Apple late last year released HP Printer Update v. 1.1.1. It is a +400MB download.
