Apple Tablet?

So,i just found out that Alias' Sketchbook Pro is now avialable for my mac! i've got a Powerbook G4, so my computer is fast enough... but now the problem is, i need a tablet! i love to sketch and draw, so i think it would be a lot of fun to have (Espically to be able to incorperate my free-hard drawings into photoshop stuff!) so i was wondering if anyone had any reccomendation of what to get, i've heard good things about wacom tablets, but i've had no expirience, i don't want to spend too much money, the cheaper the better, but want it to still be a decent one, if anyone had one for sale, i might be interested too!

-Also, are there any good note taking programs that i could use with the table?

Wacom are the only name that comes to mind for tablets

oh, the other thing is, my laptop only has USB 1.1, would this affect performance? And do they make firewire tablets? thanks
