I have a Nov 2007 MacBook with Leopard, and Safari is unusable.
It loads typed URLs fine but if I follow google links it freezes and uses all of one processor core and a portion of the other.
I have reset it and have all the OS updates installed and no bells and whistles plugged in to Safari. I've tried to find an answer but no forum has a solution.
It's been going on for ages so Apple are well aware, but no doubt will do nothing, like they did with the Mail bug that was in leopard from the start and still in it in december 2008.
Any sensible suggestions?
I am using Camino but as i paid for safari as part of te OS I'd like it to work like it should.
Thanks
Frank
