Hello,
I post this thread in the software section because I checked all my hardware in the system profile and everything seems OK.
Since 2 weeks my mac pro became really slow. I didn't install anything. Just running my After Effects and Shake as usual but I started to see that it was not as fast as usually. And then even when I browse in the finder. Every time I open a folder I have to wait like 2 to 3 seconds. It was almost instant 2 weeks ago. To me it feels like a ram issue. It feels like is I have 1 or 2Go, not 7Go that I actually have. I did clean the mac with Onyx. It didn't make any difference.
I just don't know what to do what to check? Do I need to format and start from a fresh install?
Any advice is welcome. I'm fairly new to the OS X system.
