Lightscribe

I found a external 16x dual-layer drive, with lightscribe. It also comes with Toast Titanium. It is the perfect solition to my case with my powermac G5. The spec are also realy good as well its firewire, its external, 16x, and it does as much as four hours of high-quality DVD video, up to 16 hours of VHS video or up to 8.5GB of data.

whats lightscribe? I bought that same burner for $145 and it came with captydvd.
you can buy an external 8x drive and flash its firmware to burn 16 x and dual layer.

Lightscribe burns labels into cds (like a silkscreen shirt) that have pretty good quality but require special disks

Lightscribe uses the burners laser to write on the top surface of the disk. Kind of like a laser-printer in your dvd burner.

that looks interesting....but i saw this: "DVD-R (General Use only)" under the disk format option...what does it mean?
