Applications Wont Sync

I downloaded some applications on itunes but when I click sync, my ipod touch syncs but the apps are never there. They show up in my applications section and i already checked all of the boxes off on the applications tab so I dont know why it wont transfer.

My wife was having the same issue, I actually had to redownload the apps a few times and then close and reopen itunes before it would work.
