There is Cog also. Simple player but works well. I use it for Ogg and Flac and Ape. I love iTunes but use Cog as a backup and for those different formats.

Just note that Cog won't play FairPlay DRM (iTMS DRM) but SongBird will, along with RealPlayer. Take this into consideration if you have DRM protected music from the iTMS.

Interesting. I only have ever used it for formats that itunes will not play and never tried any of my iTunes DRM purchased music. Thanks for the heads up. Makes sense.
