syncing existing iphone to new computer/itunes

I had to get a new computer. If I sync my iphone to the newly installed itunes will I lose everything? I know i'll lose music but what about all my apps? Is there anything I need to do other than the norm? tia

Do you have access to the old computer that you had iTunes on ? If so just move your iTunes library to an external hard drive then transfer in whole and lose nothing.
