Hey Guys,

I tried to purchase something at the Apple Online Store for Education but at the end i got an ERROR.
Now when I log in to my account at store.apple.com i get no orders while in my bank account there's a pending deduction for apple.

Why is this happening? Please HELP!!

ps: Sorry I posted on the wrong section. I just noticed :)

i tried with apple's toll free number and they say they cant do anything about it.
in my bank account there's a description for the deduction, maybe it's there. i dont know very well.

Call your bank, explain the situation and have them cancel that transaction. Then call apple and place your order again.
