Won't wake up from sleep

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with Macbook's not coming back from sleep mode, ever. I purchased this Macbook on 4/13/09 and been having this problem every since, I thought maybe I needed to change some settings but it's not helping any, everytime I close the screen and it goes into sleep mode I have to press the start button to restart the computer.

If it makes a difference I'm running a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB of Ram, 320 HD.

Try resetting the SMC. See the following Apple KB article: Link

If that doesn't work, schedule an appointment with the genius bar at your local Apple store and have them look at it.
