I like to use Expose (F9) But if you minimize to the dock (next to trash) you can click it right from the dock. Hold shift to see the effect in slow motion

The green dot (upper left) will max the window. The triple stripe in the bottom right corner offers total size control

maybe this will help... if you hit command+tab it will show ALL of your programs running if you continue holding the control key while pressing the tab key. every time you hit it it will move to the next application when you get to the application you want if yopu let go of both it will bring this window to the top.

If a hidden program is activeted through command-tab, it will unhide.

But there is no zoom shortcut.

Not that I know of. What I do is <cmd>h to hide then I use a trigger in QuickSilver to bring it back (<ctrl><cmd>i for iTunes, <ctrl><cmd>c for Camino, etc...)

I would like a keyboard command for zoom and minimize myself. I adapted to using a combination of hide, Virtue, and expose instead. <cmd><tab> also works but I find myself prefering triggers.

Got bored so I played around a bit:

<cmd>m will minimize the currently active window
<alt><cmd>m will minimize all windows for the currently active aplication

There does not seem to be a way to zoom using keystrokes though.
