Why does Quicktime open automatically when I switch my Mac on?

I've looked in preferences - can't seem to find any settings I should change.
And I don't have the 'open at login' option ticked on the dock.

HELP!!!!!!
It's really annoying me!

Let's see if it's a login item. Go to System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items. Is it in that list?

EDIT: Dysfunction beat me to it ;).

FYI...
When I look under Systems Preferences, Quicktime is categorised under 'Internet & Network'. That seems weird, no?
