Force Safari Windows to Not Resize

Is there a way to prevent Safari windows from resizing? Every once in a while I am reminded that some webmasters still think their artistic vision is important enough to manhandle my browser. It's infuriating and makes surfing the site intolerable.

I am using 3.2.1.

Look in preferences-javascript prefs. Uncheck allow resize windows.
Personally, I uncheck all of them.

Thank you for the reply, but that only works on Firefox. Safari does not have individual options like that.
