I have searched and not seen this problem anywhere. I tried to use the Entourage database utility to fix a corrupt db, since Entourage hangs on startup. However, the database utility keeps demanding I close all Office programs.
It states "Some office programs could not be closed automatically. Quit all office programs, then click OK."
When I go to force-quit, only the Finder application is there ... nothing else. How do I get the database utility to work so I can use my email again?
